In 2005, Randy Dewitt and Scott Gordon founded Twin Peaks in Lewisville, Texas.

Dewitt had previously worked with Brinker International on the development of Rockfish Seafood, saw a growing sports-bar industry, and decided to establish a chain with a mountain-lodge theme and beautiful servers.

Today, Twin Peaks had extended to 40 sites across 17 states in the United States by August 2013.
